Datascension, Inc. (OTCBB:DSEN), a premier data solutions company, announced today the appointment of Mr. Jorge Noa as Vice President of Customer Service. Mr. Noa begins this non-executive position effective immediately.

Mr. Noa has been in customer service since 1987, and has an impressive background tailor-made for this newly created position at Datascension.

Immediately prior to joining the Company, Jorge Noa had been with Los Angeles-based Sylmark, Inc. (2002-2007) in which he oversaw four call centers in four different countries. During his years there, Noa turned the customer service department from a cost center into a profit center, practicing his skill at identifying and maximizing various on-site cultural differences. His expertise is centered on cutting operating costs, while maintaining service levels and increasing new sales.

Mr. Noa is also skilled at standardization of customer service procedures including Data Entry, and has managed inbound and outbound Customer Service/Sales departments as well as setting up pilot call centers in India and Costa Rica.

Jorge Noa holds a BA in English from Kean University, Union, New Jersey and excelled in the Leadership Beyond Management Course at the University of Wisconsin's Madison School of Business, and speaks Spanish, French and Italian.
