Datascension, Inc. (OTCBB:DSEN), a leading market research and custom call center, is reporting its first quarter 2008 results as follows:

Total revenue for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 was $5,347,987 as compared to $4,753,852 for the quarter ended March 31, 2007, an increase of $594,135 or 12.5%.

Operating income for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 was $140,525 as compared to an operating loss of $136,867 for the quarter ended March 31, 2007, an increase of $277,392 or 202.7%.

The net loss for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 was $66,890 as compared to a net loss of $310,576 for the quarter ended March 31, 2007, a decrease of $243,686 or 78.5%.

The increase in revenue for the first quarter of 2008 as compared to the first quarter of 2007 was a direct result of the increased business generated during the latter part of 2007 by existing clients and the addition of new clients, for which the increased revenue potential is now being realized.

Results from operating cost controls initiated in January are now showing resulting reduction in costs which has also resulted in an increase in our gross margins. The Company is continuing to look to further increase efficiencies, streamline operations, and optimize economies of scale in an effort to further improve gross margins.

Datascension's Chief Operating Officer, Joey Harmon, stated, "The quality of our service and recruiting efforts to hire individuals that can speak both English and Spanish is enabling us to enlarge the scope of services we offer our existing clients as the Hispanic population continues to grow in the Americas."
