WHAT:     Ultimate Software's CIO and Senior Vice President, Shared Service, Bill Hicks will participate in a panel discussion entitled, Service Integrity: Beyond the SLA at the third annual SiiA OnDemand Conference, November 17-19 in San Jose, California.
Hicks and the panel participants will discuss how much of what's not defined in a SLA matters when it comes to Service Integrity and overall customer satisfaction. The panel will speak to best practices on how to leverage existing resourcesboth people and technologyto automate more of the business functions necessary for sustainable and steady growth.
 
WHO: Bill Hicks serves as the CIO and Senior Vice President of Shared Services for Ultimate Software.
